Charlene O’Leary

Founder & Specialist Physiotherapist

Charlene O’Leary brings over 16 years of specialist physiotherapy experience to Bespoke Wellness Studio. Trained at the University of Brighton with a Master’s in Physiotherapy, Charlene has worked in leading multidisciplinary clinics in London and Dubai, collaborating with top orthopedic consultants, pain specialists, rheumatologists, and sports medicine clinicians.


Her extensive background includes supporting athletes from grassroots to elite levels, including at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, giving her a comprehensive understanding of injury management and rehabilitation.


Charlene’s approach combines expert clinical knowledge with a compassionate, personalised style focused on whole-body wellness. At Bespoke Wellness Studio, she leads a team dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can move their bodies, empower their minds, and achieve sustainable health and wellbeing.

Maeve Culligan

Reformer & Mat Pilates Teacher

With a lifelong passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and sport, [Your Name] discovered Pilates through her own journey recovering from running-related injuries. After experiencing the transformative benefits of Pilates firsthand, she was inspired to become a certified instructor, combining her love of movement with a strong understanding of the science behind it.


She is also the founder of ALIGN Pilates Club, a holistic wellness platform that reflects her belief in movement as a lifestyle. Through ALIGN, she offers dynamic Reformer and Mat Pilates classes, alongside balanced recipes, nutrition tips, and regular community events that promote connection, education, and sustainable wellbeing.


Her teaching style focuses on mindful, intentional movement, with an emphasis on building long-term strength, supporting cardiovascular health, and preventing injury. Whether in the studio or online through ALIGN, she is passionate about helping others feel strong, empowered, and supported — in both body and mind.

Zoe Dillon Bsc (Hons) MISCP

Specialist Physiotherapist & Pilates instructor

Zoe qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2017 and has worked in private practice in Ireland and the UK, gaining extensive experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions in both general and sporting populations. With a keen interest in exercise and movement she completed a level 4 strength and conditioning course in 2019 and trained as a Pilates instructor in 2021. Zoe continually seeks to deepen her understanding of the human body and mind through ongoing learning, staying up to date with the latest research, courses, and expert insights.


She is patient-focused physiotherapist passionate about problem-solving and collaborative care, with a holistic approach that considers all aspects of health to support recovery and well-being.


Zoe stays active through climbing, yoga, running, and weightlifting, which fuel both her personal well-being and professional insight.


Special interests:

Women's health including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, peri and postnatal musculoskeletal issues, pelvic floor dysfunction. Back and neck pain, chronic pain, hip pain, shoulder pain
